Meet Kira
Meet Kira Stokes— a Health and Wellness expert based in New York City, with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. After graduating from Boston College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Health Sciences, Kira went on to become a celebrity personal trainer and group fitness coach, whose clients include: Candace Cameron Bure, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Graham, Norah O'Donnell, Nastia Liukin and Josh Groban.
